AI Visibility Audit Terms

Effective Date: August 26, 2026

These AI Visibility Audit Service Terms supplement the LDZ Digital Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and apply to free and paid AI Visibility Audits provided by LDZ Digital LLC.

Nature of the Audit

An LDZ Digital AI Visibility Audit evaluates selected aspects of a business's digital presence and may include testing across search engines, artificial-intelligence platforms, websites, directories, citations, Google Business Profile information, structured data, publicly available sources, and other relevant digital signals.

The specific scope of a paid audit is determined by the service purchased and any applicable proposal, order, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement.

Point-in-Time Analysis

Search engines and artificial-intelligence systems are dynamic.

Audit results reflect observations made during the applicable testing period. Results may change after the audit because of platform updates, query wording, location, personalization, source availability, business changes, competitor activity, algorithmic changes, or other factors outside LDZ Digital's control.

Accordingly, an audit should be treated as a point-in-time diagnostic assessment rather than a permanent representation of how a platform will display or evaluate a business.

No Guarantee of Visibility or Business Results

LDZ Digital does not guarantee that a business will receive a specific search ranking, AI mention, AI citation, recommendation, placement, impression level, traffic increase, lead volume, conversion rate, revenue increase, or other business result as a consequence of an audit or implementation of its recommendations.

Audit findings identify observed conditions, potential gaps, and recommended priorities based on the information reasonably available at the time of analysis.

Client Information and Authorization

The client represents that information submitted to LDZ Digital is accurate to the best of the client's knowledge and that the client has the authority to provide it.

If access to Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, analytics software, websites, or other platforms is voluntarily granted, the client authorizes LDZ Digital to access and use the information reasonably necessary to perform the agreed service.

Clients should not provide passwords, financial account credentials, Social Security numbers, protected health information, highly sensitive personal information, privileged legal materials, or unrelated customer information unless LDZ Digital has specifically requested the information through an appropriate process.

AI and Automated Tools

LDZ Digital may use artificial intelligence systems, automation tools, APIs, search platforms, analytics systems, software, and related technologies to assist with audit research, comparison, organization, analysis, scoring, drafting, and quality control.

Information provided to such systems will be limited, where reasonably practical, to information necessary for the applicable task.

Automated output may contain inaccuracies or omissions and is not automatically accepted as a final audit conclusion.

Human Review

LDZ Digital maintains human oversight of material audit conclusions.

Final client-facing audit findings, priority recommendations, and applicable audit scoring are reviewed before delivery.

Automation assists the audit process. LDZ Digital's professional review determines the final client-facing findings and recommendations.

Public and Third-Party Information

Audits may rely on publicly available or third-party information. LDZ Digital cannot guarantee that third-party information is complete, accurate, current, or free from error.

When material discrepancies are identified, LDZ Digital may flag them for further investigation rather than treating the information as established fact.

Competitor Analysis

Competitor information is evaluated for comparative marketing and visibility purposes only.

The appearance, omission, ranking, citation, or recommendation of another business by a search or AI platform should not be interpreted as proof of superior quality, misconduct, endorsement, or any other fact beyond what the available evidence reasonably supports.

Data Handling

Information collected or generated during an audit is handled according to the LDZ Digital Privacy Policy and internal data-governance procedures.

Access to client information is limited to legitimate service requirements, and information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted, de-identified, or otherwise disposed of subject to contractual, business-record, and legal obligations.

Relationship to Other Terms

These Audit Terms supplement the LDZ Digital Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any applicable written client agreement.

If a separately executed written client agreement expressly conflicts with these Audit Terms regarding a paid engagement, the separately executed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
