LDZ Digital LLC ("LDZ Digital," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It applies to https://www.ldzdigital.com.

Information We Collect

You give us directly — when you submit the AI Visibility Audit form or contact us: your name, business name, website, industry, city served, email, and (optionally) phone number.

Collected automatically — when you visit, we and our providers collect device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring source, and similar analytics data, via cookies and similar technologies.

Audit and Client Service Information

When you request or purchase an AI Visibility Audit or engage LDZ Digital for services, we may collect or review additional business information reasonably necessary to perform the requested work.

This may include:

business name, website, service areas, services, and contact information;
publicly available business information from websites, search engines, directories, business listings, review platforms, and similar sources;
Google Business Profile information;
search visibility, citation, structured data, website, and competitive information;
AI-platform responses and search results generated during visibility testing;
analytics or Google Search Console information when access is voluntarily authorized by the client;
business documents, reports, brand information, or other materials voluntarily provided for the engagement; and
audit notes, research, scores, findings, recommendations, and related work product created while performing the service.

We seek to collect only information reasonably necessary to perform the requested service. Clients should not provide Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, health information, customer lists containing sensitive personal information, legally privileged materials, passwords, or other sensitive or regulated information unless LDZ Digital has specifically requested the information and an appropriate secure method has been established.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and our services are directed to businesses, not children.

How We Use Your Information

We may use information we collect or receive to:

provide free and paid AI Visibility Audits;
conduct AI search, Answer Engine Optimization, Generative Engine Optimization, local SEO, website, citation, entity, structured-data, and competitive analysis;
evaluate how a business is represented across search engines, AI platforms, directories, and other public sources;
identify inconsistencies, visibility gaps, technical issues, content opportunities, and competitive differences;
prepare audit findings, reports, recommendations, strategies, and implementation plans;
provide services requested by a client;
communicate about an inquiry, audit, project, or account;
maintain internal business and service records;
improve the quality, consistency, security, and reliability of our services;
send marketing or educational communications where permitted, subject to applicable opt-out rights;
prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, or security incidents; and
comply with legal, accounting, contractual, or regulatory obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers who help us operate — our website platform (Wix), email tools, and analytics/advertising providers (e.g., Google, Meta) — bound to protect it
Legal/safety — when required by law or to protect our rights

AI-Assisted Processing and Automation

LDZ Digital may use artificial intelligence, automation, software tools, APIs, search platforms, analytics systems, and other technology to assist with research, organization, comparison, classification, analysis, drafting, quality control, and service delivery.

These tools may process business information, publicly available information, search results, website content, structured data, audit inputs, or other information reasonably necessary to perform the requested service.

LDZ Digital seeks to minimize the amount of personal or confidential information submitted to automated or artificial-intelligence systems and does not intentionally provide passwords, authentication credentials, highly sensitive personal information, or other information that is not reasonably necessary for the service.

Automated and AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or outdated information. LDZ Digital does not treat automated output alone as a final professional conclusion. Material client-facing audit findings, scoring, strategic recommendations, and final reports are subject to human review before delivery.

Third-party AI and software providers operate under their own terms, privacy practices, security controls, and data-processing policies. LDZ Digital evaluates the tools used in its workflow and limits access to information based on the legitimate requirements of the service.

California & Other State Residents

Data Retention & Security

LDZ Digital retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain appropriate business and audit records, comply with legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, protect our rights, or support legitimate business operations.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending on their purpose. Temporary audit files, working data, connected-platform information, and other operational materials may be deleted or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably necessary. Certain business, transaction, contractual, accounting, or final service records may be retained longer when appropriate.

Where a client grants LDZ Digital access to a third-party account or platform, access is limited to the purposes of the engagement and should be removed or revoked when it is no longer required.

We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle.

Access is limited to persons, systems, and service providers reasonably requiring the information to perform authorized functions.

No internet transmission, cloud service, software platform, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, LDZ Digital cannot guarantee absolute security.

Clients may contact LDZ Digital at lance@ldzdigital.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal, contractual, and legitimate business-record requirements.
